In many parts of the world children and teenagers are committing more crimes. Why is the case happening ? How should children or teenagers be punished?

 Mistakes cannot be corrected by doing mistakes, likewise penalizing early learners for the offence they offend is not a good idea at all. Although, the reasons can be either freedom they have to do so or improper guidance which let them indulge in illegal activities. Generally, planned methods must be followed to make them wise.


To commence, growing crime rates are due to multiple reasons which include that younger are so curious to perform the illegal activity as they are unaware of the possible effective outcomes. However, parenting plays a crucial role in physical as well as mental ability of beginners due to which lack while making decisions. For instance, nourishment done by caretaker does not develop the child physically as well as mentally in a proper manner. Bad society and selfish friends of children make them to offend any kind of crime fearlessly.


At an early age, hard punishment cannot be recommended; whereas, some other alternatives may result positively. The first and foremost is rehabilitation camps where early learners get basic lessons of life from the expertise of psychology which mould them to a good member of society. Boarding schools for early offenders is another possible method where classes for the sense of humour should be added in the academic time table and allow them to leave after secondary education. 


Precisely, children are considered as the futuristic developers of the nation. The tradition of punishment for mistakes is necessary but age and mind stability also matters so that taken step will not affect their career. A proper line should be drawn for the different punishments so that maximum benefits are reaped at the cost of minimum looses.

The given line chart depicts information regarding the swapped figures of offences  taken place in New Port city center in a decade. In 2003, burglary cases noticed as the top most offence at 3500 approximately which then rose to  3700 in 2004. An instant decline in burglar cases  folded  to one-third (1200) and stayed almost same in next four years which counted at 1400 in 2012. However, the offences of robbery were 600 in the beginning of decade and its figures fluctuated slightly with similar number of cases till 2012. The given maps depict the changes that occurred in the town of Langley and how it was in the past years.  In 1910, on both sides of Jordan Street, there were few small houses. The same street towards the south was facing the railway lines just beside the cottages for railway employees as well as wasteland. Sherman Street was surrounded by houses and ended at the cafe opposing store and laundry buildings. In the north side, there was a factory on the right of another wasteland. Forty years later, most of the Sherman street area was replaced by a new park having particular playing area for children. Some people think it is more important to plant more tree in open areas in towns and cities than provide more housing. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Since the beginning, trees have furnished us with two of life’s essentials that are food and oxygen. I agree to point that plantation is necessary which enhances the quality of life, but, shelters must be given some priority as it is also our basic necessity.  Letting trees to own open areas for them is an intensive change today's environment needs. They are contributing our nature by improving air quality, preserving soil and supporting wildlife; moreover, human life directly depends on these things. Deforestation done from past years lead to bad weather conditions and its dramatic nature, due to which inhabitants again want a healthy life.
