By dominating over all the areas, technology has become a significant tool for human beings. Smart devices ease human work, on which we are depending more. Therefore, there are undoubted pros of robotics but it also has few tremendous effects which  can not be ignored. 


To commence, as far as the advantages are concerned, the first and foremost is, using computers a person can be less materialistic by having soft copies. Increased jobs is one of the positive development  since the time automation industry has introduced. Moreover, technology is benefiting workers and encourage them  to follow distant-work way which let them to engage with multiples companies. What is more, they can study from distance while working and get promoted with higher qualification.


However, the limitations of the same can not be ignored, which include serious health issues machine operators face due to lack of movement results in muscles pain usually. Traditional ways of working are diminishing, as all industries are swapping on to modern ways such as weaving done by hands are now being done using machines. Whereas, it is a challenging task for expertise of other different fields, the chance of their employment are as much as they know how to use smart devices.


Precisely, the robotic industry is both boon and bane, knowing all about technology is good but relying more on to it may harm us. A proper line should be drawn to its uses so that maximum benefits are reaped at the cost of minimum loses.

The given line chart depicts information regarding the swapped figures of offences  taken place in New Port city center in a decade. In 2003, burglary cases noticed as the top most offence at 3500 approximately which then rose to  3700 in 2004. An instant decline in burglar cases  folded  to one-third (1200) and stayed almost same in next four years which counted at 1400 in 2012. However, the offences of robbery were 600 in the beginning of decade and its figures fluctuated slightly with similar number of cases till 2012. The given maps depict the changes that occurred in the town of Langley and how it was in the past years.  In 1910, on both sides of Jordan Street, there were few small houses. The same street towards the south was facing the railway lines just beside the cottages for railway employees as well as wasteland. Sherman Street was surrounded by houses and ended at the cafe opposing store and laundry buildings. In the north side, there was a factory on the right of another wasteland. Forty years later, most of the Sherman street area was replaced by a new park having particular playing area for children. The  Factory was diminished and new buildings were constructed named as Sherman Mansions. Laundry and Cafe relocated to the wasteland area near mansions. Since the beginning, trees have furnished us with two of life’s essentials that are food and oxygen. I agree to point that plantation is necessary which enhances the quality of life, but, shelters must be given some priority as it is also our basic necessity.  Letting trees to own open areas for them is an intensive change today's environment needs. They are contributing our nature by improving air quality, preserving soil and supporting wildlife; moreover, human life directly depends on these things. Deforestation done from past years lead to bad weather conditions and its dramatic nature, due to which inhabitants again want a healthy life.
