Some organizations believe that their employees should dress smartly. Others value quality of work above appearance. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Dressing sense at profession plays a key role and a no-doubt reason which develop employer's personality. A handful of companies contemplate that job doers must be well-groomed; however, others prioritize technique as well as practical knowledge than an outfit. I believe, both the given notions are valid which will be discussed further.
Well-dressed
person gets into the real atmosphere of professionalism which also enhance their
reputation among colleagues. Moreover, it boosts up one's confidence which
helps them to work properly to achieve whatever they have decided. Yes of-course, an
employee should be in a proper dress which differentiates them as per their
designation at work. For instance, an air-hostage have given a proper dress code
which shows their domain and purpose to be there.
However,
other firms advocate that qualitative work of a worker outweigh their
appearance such as a well-known Google and Microsoft company, their employees
are allowed to wear whatever they want to, but all they need is excellent
output, creativity, innovative ideas. Jobs related to physical strength like
painter, labour which does not require a specific dress code because their comfort decides how well they can do their work.
Precisely, views of both sides are equivalent and cannot be denied. I personally opine that people engaged in formal works must be disciplined overall; whereas, other informal workers can wear clothes according to their work which makes them comfortable. Eventually, organizations should introduce a rule to their employees to be groomed specifically.
