Some people think that climate change has a negative impact on business, while others think that it provides more business and options. Discuss both the views and give your opinion.

Changing weather patterns seem more headache than comfortable for commerce. A handful of mass contemplate that swinging nature of climate is effecting business adversely; however, others advocate that it is a positive sign for commerce. Here, I believe latter point outweigh the former one but both will be discussed further.


Since the time climate conditions are shifting globally, workings are getting disturbed such as instant rainfall effect transportation-related trades include delay of airlines. However, agricultural doers suffer due to bad weather but most probably when farmers face loss due to crop failure, therefore, it becomes the reason for their suicide. For instance, agriculture distribution is the main factor of globalization where improper growth of crops led to inflation ultimately affect a nation's economy.


Commuting new climatic conditions are not the only curse but also have some positive sides. The first and foremost is a tourist attraction, different weather invites native people as well as international tourists to enjoy and can explore any season as per their wish. Moreover, it is one of the major factors boosts the country's economy and also enhance the chances of employment. The last but not least, the season based crops need a change in atmosphere which let us enjoy the variety of food, otherwise, we would be living on the same meal.


Precisely, I believe, the time spins and with every spin changes occur, so we should try to mould ourselves according to the change rather than thinking and worrying, how it would be affecting us! Eventually, people should try to aware about futuristic forecasting so that they can reap maximum benefits at wages of minimum losses.

The given line chart depicts information regarding the swapped figures of offences  taken place in New Port city center in a decade. In 2003, burglary cases noticed as the top most offence at 3500 approximately which then rose to  3700 in 2004. An instant decline in burglar cases  folded  to one-third (1200) and stayed almost same in next four years which counted at 1400 in 2012. However, the offences of robbery were 600 in the beginning of decade and its figures fluctuated slightly with similar number of cases till 2012. Whereas, 2700 cases registered for stolen cars in 2003 and remained same till 2005. A swift decline to the number of auto theft offences were 2100 in 2005. An unorder pattern seen in next couple of years , which stood at 2400 in the end of that decade. The given maps depict the changes that occurred in the town of Langley and how it was in the past years.  In 1910, on both sides of Jordan Street, there were few small houses. The same street towards the south was facing the railway lines just beside the cottages for railway employees as well as wasteland. Sherman Street was surrounded by houses and ended at the cafe opposing store and laundry buildings. In the north side, there was a factory on the right of another wasteland. Forty years later, most of the Sherman street area was replaced by a new park having particular playing area for children. The  Factory was diminished and new buildings were constructed named as Sherman Mansions. Laundry and Cafe relocated to the wasteland area near mansions. Some people think it is more important to plant more tree in open areas in towns and cities than provide more housing. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Since the beginning, trees have furnished us with two of life’s essentials that are food and oxygen. I agree to point that plantation is necessary which enhances the quality of life, but, shelters must be given some priority as it is also our basic necessity.  Letting trees to own open areas for them is an intensive change today's environment needs. They are contributing our nature by improving air quality, preserving soil and supporting wildlife; moreover, human life directly depends on these things. Deforestation done from past years lead to bad weather conditions and its dramatic nature, due to which inhabitants again want a healthy life. A best peaceful life is only possible when we are surrounded by trees which also gives us positive vibes that can not be taken using artificial methods.
