These days some people spent a lot of money on the ticket to go to sporting or cultural events. Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

 Rather than saying spending; moreover, the inhabitants are utilizing some of their budgets to experience games and ethenic activities. I consider this notion as a positive change which is benefiting the viewers and pros of this hammer it's cons which are fewer.

Considering all-expense based live activities such as cricket, portrait making encourage watchers to take out their hidden talents and get success by working hard onto those skills. While enjoying live events, attenders get a break from their hectic schedules which let them get relief from the stressful life. Despite giving something valuable to the viewers, it also boosts the nation's economy by enhancing the chances of employment for organizers. 

By doing bad promotions, it is effecting representee reputation as well as exciting youngsters to follow those advertisements done by their favourite person and spoil their future. After the pandemic of 2020, it is better to enjoy programs telecast on screen rather than gathering in a huge crowd for safety reason as " Prevention is better than cure". Eventually, sometimes failures of organized events discourage them towards the aim they set for their life and then results in giving up. 

As we can see, there is some truth to the notion, but, all reality events are profiting us with some causes to our society. To lessen those negatives, representee and organizers should take a mutual responsibility. Therefore, a proper line should be drawn to those activities, so that we can reap maximum benefits at the cost of minimum losses.

The given line chart depicts information regarding the swapped figures of offences  taken place in New Port city center in a decade. In 2003, burglary cases noticed as the top most offence at 3500 approximately which then rose to  3700 in 2004. An instant decline in burglar cases  folded  to one-third (1200) and stayed almost same in next four years which counted at 1400 in 2012. However, the offences of robbery were 600 in the beginning of decade and its figures fluctuated slightly with similar number of cases till 2012. Whereas, 2700 cases registered for stolen cars in 2003 and remained same till 2005. A swift decline to the number of auto theft offences were 2100 in 2005. An unorder pattern seen in next couple of years , which stood at 2400 in the end of that decade. The given maps depict the changes that occurred in the town of Langley and how it was in the past years.  In 1910, on both sides of Jordan Street, there were few small houses. The same street towards the south was facing the railway lines just beside the cottages for railway employees as well as wasteland. Sherman Street was surrounded by houses and ended at the cafe opposing store and laundry buildings. In the north side, there was a factory on the right of another wasteland. Forty years later, most of the Sherman street area was replaced by a new park having particular playing area for children. Some people think it is more important to plant more tree in open areas in towns and cities than provide more housing. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Since the beginning, trees have furnished us with two of life’s essentials that are food and oxygen. I agree to point that plantation is necessary which enhances the quality of life, but, shelters must be given some priority as it is also our basic necessity.  Letting trees to own open areas for them is an intensive change today's environment needs. They are contributing our nature by improving air quality, preserving soil and supporting wildlife; moreover, human life directly depends on these things. Deforestation done from past years lead to bad weather conditions and its dramatic nature, due to which inhabitants again want a healthy life. A best peaceful life is only possible when we are surrounded by trees which also gives us positive vibes that can not be taken using artificial methods.
