Today although science and technology have brought many positive changes in human life, yet artists are like musicians, painters are highly valued. To what extent do you justify this.

By dominating over all the areas, technology has become a significant tool and benefiting human beings. The full-on craze of arts! moreover, is still more prior for people like music, painting. I do believe both modern and traditional virtues play an indispensable role in our lives and will discuss my viewpoints for each.


To commence, as far as the usages of technical equipment are concerned, it changed our life empathically and ease the burdens we had due to hectic routines. Moreover, it also enables job doers to adopt distant-work way, so that they can earn more from home while working in multiple organizations. What is more, employers having good technical skills are not need to be anxious about their job, if they are not comfortable with one, they can go for another one. 


Whereas, the importance of the different forms of art cannot be ignored, I believe it as an effective way which let human beings to rejuvenate themselves perfectly. The real meaning of life is not best possible from any other source which we can get from portraits, the lyrics of any song as well as from different acts too. Despite stress buster, it naturally allows people to explore more and, be as creative as they can.


As per the valid viewpoints for science and recreational activities too, both play a crucial role in mould inhabitants wisely. Eventually, a proper line should be drawn for the usage of smart devices and we must also give some time for any type of arts we like to secure traditional ways.

The given line chart depicts information regarding the swapped figures of offences  taken place in New Port city center in a decade. In 2003, burglary cases noticed as the top most offence at 3500 approximately which then rose to  3700 in 2004. An instant decline in burglar cases  folded  to one-third (1200) and stayed almost same in next four years which counted at 1400 in 2012. However, the offences of robbery were 600 in the beginning of decade and its figures fluctuated slightly with similar number of cases till 2012. The given maps depict the changes that occurred in the town of Langley and how it was in the past years.  In 1910, on both sides of Jordan Street, there were few small houses. The same street towards the south was facing the railway lines just beside the cottages for railway employees as well as wasteland. Sherman Street was surrounded by houses and ended at the cafe opposing store and laundry buildings. In the north side, there was a factory on the right of another wasteland. Forty years later, most of the Sherman street area was replaced by a new park having particular playing area for children. The  Factory was diminished and new buildings were constructed named as Sherman Mansions. Laundry and Cafe relocated to the wasteland area near mansions. Some people think it is more important to plant more tree in open areas in towns and cities than provide more housing. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Since the beginning, trees have furnished us with two of life’s essentials that are food and oxygen. I agree to point that plantation is necessary which enhances the quality of life, but, shelters must be given some priority as it is also our basic necessity.  Letting trees to own open areas for them is an intensive change today's environment needs. They are contributing our nature by improving air quality, preserving soil and supporting wildlife; moreover, human life directly depends on these things. Deforestation done from past years lead to bad weather conditions and its dramatic nature, due to which inhabitants again want a healthy life. A best peaceful life is only possible when we are surrounded by trees which also gives us positive vibes that can not be taken using artificial methods.
