Writing Task - 1 Pie Charts



The given pie charts depict information regarding the service-related questions asked to the guests accommodated at the Parkway Hotel in 2005 and 2010.

People reviewed an excellent facility by resort counted at 5% in 2005 which increased to 28% after five years. However, 14% of visitors observed good customer service in 2005, and in 2010, the proportion of good reviewers extended by three times approximately that was 39%.

In 2005, 45% visitors were satisfied with the hotel's services and 17 % were left with the same rating in the next 5 years. Whereas, 21% of tourists rated customer services as poor in 2005, which further declined to its half after half-decade. Lastly, the percentage of people who hold very poor review was 15% in 2005 and decreased to 4% in 2010.

Overall, declined negative ratings and inclined positive reviews in the next few years showed a huge improvement in all services given to the visitors.
