The tabular chart depicts information regarding the proportion of women who worked at a high rank in three limited organizations from 1975 to 2015.
While female employees working in top position in all three companies, Eldan, Bamforth, and Finsbury firms were 3%, 9%, and 16% respectively. In Eldan Ltd., the proportions of females holding senior positions increased swiftly after 1980 and reached 33% in 2000 which doubled in the next 15 years.
Bamforth Ltd. hired more female staff as operational manager which rose slightly to 17% in the next 25 years. It further went up instantly and counted at 46 % overall in 2015. However, women working as administrators in Finsbury Ltd. were 14% in 1980 and doubled in three and a half decades.
Overall, as compared to the past figures, more women hold a higher position in Eldan Ltd. Whereas, in other firms, the percentage of female staff increased to some extent.
